IT Operations Manager

About the role

At Field Fresh Foods, we are seeking a hands-on and experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems performance, and technical support operations. This role is responsible for ensuring system uptime, security, and efficiency across the organization while supporting business-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, including networks, servers, systems, and user support
• Manage and support IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and cloud environments
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability across all business applications
• Lead the IT support team, including help desk and system administrators
• Maintain IT documentation, policies, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems administration, with leadership experience preferred
• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Preferred)
• Experience with SonicWall firewalls and Ubiquiti UniFi network environments
• Experience managing Synology NAS and Surveillance Station systems
• Strong expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory (GPOs, DNS, DHCP, permissions)
• Experience with RingCentral / AT&T Office@Hand VoIP systems
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, ERP systems, and general IT infrastructure
• Ability to manage IT teams and prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ability to work cross-functionally and explain technical concepts clearly
