IT Operations Engineer

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel on short notice for network troubleshooting as necessary
• Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s infrastructure
• Participate in planning short and long-term IT goals
• Develop automation tools for tasks and integrate IT services
• Follow change management processes
• Document system configurations and maintenance processes
• Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to resolve challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• 2-3 years relevant work experience
• Experience with Meraki network hardware and web interface
• Direct experience working with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud
• Experience managing common services like DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory
• Familiar with monitoring tools like Nagios, Splunk, and DataDog
• Problem-solving skills to analyze complex situations

Pay

$100,000 – $155,000 annually
