IT Operations Analyst III Technology Adoption Analyst (US)
About the role
This role supports the delivery of technology training and adoption activities for enterprise platforms, helping ensure colleagues can effectively use new tools and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of training sessions, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and assisting facilitators.
- Deliver basic training content and provide guidance to end users on standard features and capabilities of enterprise platforms.
- Aid in the execution of adoption activities such as communications, training campaigns, and user engagement efforts.
- Respond to routine user questions related to training materials and technology usage, escalating more complex issues as needed.
- Maintain and update training materials, job aids, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Track participation in training sessions and assist with maintaining attendance and completion records.
- Support onboarding of users to new tools by guiding them through standard processes and resources.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or relevant technical certification preferred
- 2–4 years relevant experience in training support, operations, or technology ennoblement
- Experience with enterprise or productivity tools preferred
