IT Manager, Security and Platforms

Hybrid role requiring 1-2 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all IT security operations for the organization
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information
• Manage Microsoft platforms including Intune, Entra ID, MS Dynamics, Office365, and Azure services
• Oversee Identity Access Management, ensuring appropriate access to systems, resources, and information
• Conduct regular security audits and prepare detailed reports on the effectiveness of security policies
• Lead incident response, including minimizing impact and conducting technical and forensic investigations
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate IT security solutions into their processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT security trends and ensure the company’s security systems are updated
• Provide training and guidance to team members and employees on cybersecurity best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT security management, identity management, and Microsoft cloud platforms
• Extensive experience with SIEM, SDWAN, Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, Fortinet, MS Dynamics, O365, Office365, identity and access management, Intune, Azure, and Defender
• Strong knowledge of IT security protocols, systems, and procedures
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest IT security trends and technologies
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus
