Job Description/Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT partner for Sales Ops & Marketing
- Build and manage the commercial tech roadmap (CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, Digital Experience)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure scalable, integrated solutions
- Advance data, analytics, and Customer 360 capabilities
- Drive automation, AI/ML, and digital optimization across the customer journey
- Oversee vendor partnerships and project delivery
Qualifications/Requirements
- 5–7+ years in IT (BRM, IT business partnering, or solution architecture)
- Experience supporting Sales/Marketing functions
- CRM & Martech platform expertise (Salesforce, Adobe/HubSpot/Marketo)
- Background in digital/e-commerce or online experience platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, and project delivery skills
- Bachelor’s degree (required)

- TOGAF certifications
- Consumer goods/retail experience
