IT M&A Senior Associate
Job Responsibilities
- Participates in technology and security due diligence engagements for transaction clients.
- Evaluates components of technology environments to identify transaction risks and considerations.
- Supports development of diligence analyses and planning deliverables.
- Affords assistance in preparing client-ready diligence reports and supporting materials.
- Participates in client meetings and supports transaction discussions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–6 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting technology diligence or transaction engagements.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Additional Role Expectations
- Travel: As required by engagement needs.
- Pickup periods: Increased workload during active transactions.
- Licensure Progress: Progress toward relevant certification where applicable.
- Scheduling: Flexibility to meet client deadlines.
