IT M&A - Due Diligence, Integration, and Separation

About the role

The role involves leading IT due diligence, integration, and separation for insurance Mergers & Acquisitions, focusing on insurance technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assessing IT risks and opportunities
• Delivering strategic reports
• Managing integration and separation projects across various insurance sectors
• Developing assessments and plans for post-close activities
• Providing thought leadership on core insurance technology domains
• Developing go-to-market strategies
• Establishing program governance
• Engaging with senior stakeholders, including CIOs and business leaders, to facilitate strategic discussions and presentations

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years in technology consulting or leadership
• Proven experience in IT transformations, M&A projects, system integration/separation, platform migration, and regulatory technology
• MBA or related degree preferred
• Strong project management, strategic thinking, and leadership skills essential
• Knowledge of insurance platforms, regulatory landscape, and enterprise IT ecosystems necessary
• Ability to travel
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
