IT M&A - Due Diligence, Integration and Separation

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive Buy-Side and Sell-Side assessments, identifying IT risks and opportunities, and delivering strategic reports for client transactions.
• Manage IT integration and separation projects across various insurance lines, including assessments, operating models, and post-close plans.
• Provide thought leadership on core insurance technology platforms and develop go-to-market strategies for digital transformation and modernization.
• Establish program governance, oversee complex project execution, and utilize AI tools for analytics on risks and timelines.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with senior IT and business stakeholders, including executive presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least eight years of experience in technology/business consulting or leadership, with proven success in IT transformations and M&A advisory within financial services, especially insurance.
• Relevant degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields; MBA preferred.
• Expertise in system integration, platform migration, IT architecture modernization, and regulatory technology; strong program management skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT ecosystems, cybersecurity, and insurance-specific technology.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and client relationship management abilities; ability to mentor teams and develop business growth strategies.
• Willingness to travel as needed and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
