IT Lead Analyst – Workday AI, Integrations & Extend

This is a Senior-Level Workday Development and Solutions position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create custom applications, streamline business processes, and partner with stakeholders to solve real business challenges through technology.
• Develop applications using Workday Extend.
• Support enterprise integrations.
• Help enable new Workday AI capabilities, including AI-powered features and agents.
• Work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and end users to deliver innovative solutions.

Who We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of Workday technical experience.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using Workday Extend.
• Strong background with Workday integrations including Studio, EIBs, APIs, REST, SOAP, and related technologies.
• Experience working with recently released Workday AI functionality, AI-enabled features, or Workday Agents.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities and drives work forward with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
