Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple global IT customer projects concurrently in the automotive and technology verticals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, define workstreams, and allocate responsibilities to involved parties.
- Define project scope in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure strict adherence throughout project lifecycle.
- Assess resource requirements and work closely with IT workstream owners to secure necessary resources.
- Identify, track, and proactively manage project issues, risks, and change control activities.
- Cookordination project activities with workstream leads and maintain open communication with all major stakeholders.
- Provide detailed status reports and maintain visibility over project progress and risks for both internal and external customers.
- Manage escalations within the IT function, ensuring timely resolution of issues and risks.
- Facilitate requirement definition, acceptance, and implementation of IT business solutions to meet customer expectations.
- Serve as a key liaison between operations management, software development, QA, DBA, infrastructure teams, and customers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with synchronized management systems, quality policies, and company objectives.
Accountabilities
- Deliver IT projects successfully across company verticals, ensuring scope, quality, budget, and timelines are met.
- Maintain transparent communication, visibility, and reporting of project statuses to stakeholders.
- Effectively manage escalations, risks, and issues to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant business or technical field.
- Continuous professional development in project management or IT.
- Professional Project Management Qualification (e.g., Prince2, PMI).
- At least 3 years’ experience managing significant IT projects, including site launches.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a logistics environment with operational, project management, or solution design responsibilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics supply chain design, and related tools.
- Experience as a Software Development Lead, WMS Solution/Delivery Lead, or similar role.
