IT Intern - Univ. of Minnesota - Athletics Combined

Aramark is seeking an Hourly Supervisor to improve the profitability of Operations by ensuring high levels of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Control labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels and driving efficiency.
• Manage production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to operational standards.
• Audit service and quality regularly and adhere to tracking procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Supervise teamwork and service to ensure high standards.
• Address day-to-day employee issues professionally while following Aramark policies.
• Support and implement training programs to enhance guest service, revenue growth, and morale.
• Assist in annual employee reviews and manage interim performance issues.
• Ensure accurate adherence to Aramark’s time and attendance procedures.
• Maintain staffing levels consistent with guidelines and adjust based on business needs.
• Train all employees on company safety, health, and sanitation standards.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking/standing.
• Wear uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Current certifications as needed for the role.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $22.00.
