IT Intern (Summer 2026)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot user help desk calls through to successful resolution.
• Handles day-to-day user administration on corporate systems.
• Troubleshoot production equipment problems.
• Build and reimage computers and manage peripherals.
• Keep current with application updates and industry trends.
• Perform and assume other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Junior or Senior academic standing.
• A collaborative, team player with a willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
