IT Intern

Primary Responsibilities

• Supports the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
• Assists with troubleshooting issues and provides technical support.
• Organizes and maintains IT resources.
• Lends IT support in areas such as active directory, analytics, and data center management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major.
• Familiar with Office 365, Microsoft Server 2019 and up, Linux, and various Windows versions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work well in teams.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Good people skills.
