At Weyerhaeuser, we are the world’s premier timber, land, and forest products company. Sustainability is the founding concept of our business, and our values drive every decision to ensure we continue to lead the forestry industry in sustainability practices. We led it in the forestry industry when we planted our first seedling by hand in 1938. As a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and publicly traded company, we recognize that our success is dependent on the success of our people. For over 125 years, our team has been making a difference in the world—from the seedlings we plant to the forests and trees we nurture, ensuring every acre is managed with diligence, patience, and pride.

About the role

Our team provides solutions for business problems that can’t be addressed with commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) software or existing applications. We encourage cutting-edge ideas to improve our services, involving both new development and continuous improvement of applications, workflows, interfaces, and technology—all aimed at business enablement, risk reduction, and operational efficiencies.
