About the role

The EUC & LAN Administrator is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of the site’s IT infrastructure. This includes managing local area network (LAN) environments, end-user computing (EUC) devices, connectivity services, and site-level IT operations. This position serves as the on-site IT representative and must demonstrate strong customer-facing communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to effectively support business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage local area network (LAN) environments
  • Support client devices, networking infrastructure, and servers
  • Provide customer service to business stakeholders
  • Occasional weekend work, travel bi-monthly, and provide off-hours support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Administration, or a related field
  • Experience supporting client devices, networking infrastructure, and servers
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends, travel bi-monthly, and provide off-hours support as needed

Preferred

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Fundamentals)
  • Cisco CCNA (or equivalent) certification
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Cybersecurity certifications aligned with TISAX/ISO standards
