About the role

This role is pivotal in managing the entire IT landscape for a growing organization, focusing on user support operations and core cloud infrastructure. The IT Infrastructure Lead & Support Generalist will oversee multi‑cloud environments, specifically AWS and Microsoft Azure, while architecting and managing core IT systems. You will act as the primary escalation point for internal IT issues and play a key role in evaluating legacy systems to implement modern infrastructure best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company's multi‑cloud environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Act as the hands‑on owner of the entire IT landscape, leading user support operations and system management.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for internal IT issues, providing timely resolution and support.
• Evaluate legacy systems and implement modern infrastructure best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Architect and manage core IT systems, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

Required Qualifications

• Senior‑level experience acting as an IT Manager or Infrastructure Lead with complete environment ownership.
• Hands‑on experience managing both AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud deployments in a production environment.
• Deep expertise in the enterprise Microsoft stack, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments.
• Strong background in systems, compute, storage, and identity management.
