About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to support IRIS databases on Linux, both on-premises and in cloud environments, that underpin critical health systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, upgrade, and apply patches to IRIS databases
• Handle database security and incident resolution
• Participate in on-call rotations
• Collaborate with vendors and support enterprise initiatives
• Ensure database stability, security, and integration with other technologies
• Design resilient database systems
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Lead system implementations

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in security solutions
• At least 2 years of experience in security technology
• At least 1 year in a technical leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years in IT operations with expertise in distributed systems and networking
