About the role

The IT Infrastructure and Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical infrastructure and support services within a hybrid work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of IT systems and support methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
• Manage and support a team of IT professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver high-quality support services.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or support roles.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration, and server management.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and incident response protocols.
