Responsibilities

• Build and decommission servers
• Manage environments such as Terraform and Ansible
• Drive automation to streamline processes
• Evolve infrastructure management practices through scripting and coding, process enhancement, and innovative tooling

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in an Information Technology related field, or combined equivalent experience
• Six (6) years infrastructure support experience for Senior, three (3) years for IT Infrastructure Administrator II
• Effective computing and problem solving skills
• Effective knowledge of enterprise server operating systems, applications, hardware configurations, hardware upgrade or repair, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Good customer service and organization skills
• Technical certification pursuant to the Infrastructure Admin Technology Training Certification Program

Qualifications

• Experience with IaC platforms such as Terraform, Ansible Automation Platform, and a strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code principles
• Preferred: Effective knowledge of enterprise server operating systems, applications, hardware configurations, hardware upgrades

Skills

• Technical certification pursuant to the Infrastructure Admin Technology Training Certification Program

The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range. We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.

Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $123,700.00
IT Infrastructure Administrator II Pay Range: $76,000.00 - $96,900.00

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of workweek are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Working extended hours may be required. Participation in on-call rotation.

Travel Requirement

This position requires minimal travel (approximately 10%).
