IT Identity and Access Management Analyst

Location: Larkin Building @ Exchange Street, Buffalo, NY

About the Role

Monitor and oversee the integrity and accuracy of identity data and individual credentials, ensuring employees and vendors have the access they need to perform their job duties. Works closely with the IT Security team to ensure all users have appropriate and authorized access.

Responsibilities

• Manage Identity Management provisioning and workflow processes.
• Administer Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in IT, Business, or similar field (required). BA/BS in IT or similar (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in Identity Management provisioning and workflow processes.
• 5 years of experience in Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).
• If a certification is required to access build applications, attainment will be required within the first 90 days of employment.

Working Conditions

• Essential weight requirement: Light (up to 20 lbs).
• Standard hours: 75 bi-weekly (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Weekend/holiday work: Not required.
• On-call: Yes, with rotation.

Pay

Salary range: $64,535.64 – $88,744.11 (bi-weekly pay frequency). Wage determined based on candidate’s experience, qualifications, internal equity, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
