About the role

As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst, you’ll play a key role in protecting our organization by ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. This isn’t just about managing accounts; it’s about strengthening security, supporting the business, and helping us continuously improve how we manage identity and access across the organization. You’ll partner across IT, HR, and business teams, tackle complex access challenges, and help drive improvements in our IAM processes and tools. Responsibilities

  • Review and validate access requests, especially complex or higher-risk ones, ensuring alignment with policy and business need.
  • Oversee the full identity lifecycle, from onboarding through role changes and terminations, ensuring access is both timely and appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot complex access or authentication issues, partnering with Engineering and Security teams to find solutions.
  • Lead access reviews, support audit activities, and identify opportunities to tighten controls or improve processes.
  • Help mature the IAM program by refining role-based access models, improving workflows, and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and business teams, serving as a trusted resource for IAM best practices and guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, MIS, CIS, Cybersecurity, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support, identity management, or security-related roles.
  • Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and authentication systems in a networked environment.
  • Familiarity with identity lifecycle management processes.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, group policies, and access controls.
  • Experience with automation or scripting (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and security-conscious approach.
