Experience
- 1–5 years of professional IT helpdesk or system support experience
- An equivalent degree in Computer Science or Information Technology may also be considered
Field Support
- Proven hands-on experience delivering direct, onsite technical support to hardware and end-users
- Travel locally up to 50% of the time to deploy systems, upgrade infrastructure, and fix technical issues directly at our regional office sites
Technical Infrastructure
- Solid troubleshooting familiarity with VOIP phone systems, servers, network switches, Active Directory, and general hardware configuration
Certifications
- Active IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft fundamentals) are a major competitive advantage
