Required Skills & Experience
- Experience providing Level 1 and 2 IT Help Desk or Desktop Support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user access issues
- Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft applications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide in-person support
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting iOS devices
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Claude
