In This Role, You Will:
- Respond promptly to help desk requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Provide troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Avoid user account setup, password resets, and permissions management (Active Directory, email, etc.)
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and network equipment
- Avoid routine maintenance tasks (e.g., updates, patches, backups)
- Avoid identifying recurring issues and proposing solutions or preventive measures
- Avoid solving complex technical issues and providing timely support and solutions
- Avoid documenting processes and procedures where appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Average 2 years of relevant experience
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience providing technical support in a Help Desk or customer service environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed (up to 30 lbs)
