IT Help Desk Specialist

Cottingham & Butler is looking to add an IT Help Desk Specialist to our team. Our IT Help Desk Specialists are the front-line technical support for our employees in office and working from home.

Responsibilities

• Answer, log, and troubleshoot all help desk calls.
• Procure, deploy, and inventory desktop hardware and software.
• Ensure proper security levels are in place for hardware and software.
• Consult with end-users to identify cellular device needs and make recommendations for services.
