About the role
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with user training, and maintain client systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Train users on software applications and system configurations
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to client systems
- Document issues and solutions for future reference
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems and common software tools
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and security best practices
