Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
- Perform installations, upgrades, and feature updates for Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
- Manage Microsoft Office applications, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Conduct hardware installations and troubleshooting, ensuring systems are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
- Understand and maintain network communications, including LAN/WAN technologies.
- Handle the racking and stacking of equipment and manage cable installations (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, etc.).
- Support a variety of technologies, including Cisco/Aruba networking, VSAT, and Ubiquiti Radios.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong desktop skills, software troubleshooting skills
- Windows 10 and 11 Experience, upgrades, feature updates
- Microsoft Office Application Installation and Troubleshooting
- Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting
- Network communications understanding
- Experience with LAN/WAN technologies
- Racking and stacking equipment
- Cable installation (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, etc.)
Preferred Skills
- Cisco/Aruba experience
- VSAT
- Ubiquiti Radios
- Microsoft SCCM/Intune
- Citrix (Workspace, Published Apps, Desktops)
- Mobile – iOS, enrollment, app deployment, iOS updates
- Active Directory – EUC concepts, user and computer object management
- Group Policy – basic understanding
- Configuring UPSs
