About the Role

We are seeking an IT Field Support Services Technician to join our team in the Bethesda office. This hybrid position requires team members to be in the office an average of 3 days a week for in-person collaboration, with flexibility determined at the team level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the IT Service Desk to resolve user issues in the offices.
• Identify and document solutions for knowledge base articles.
• Adhere to established ITSM processes for incidents, requests, and tasks.
• Provide on-site user support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with and escalate problems to subject matter experts as needed.
• Utilize remote management tools to assist users and resolve issues.
• Assist international users with network and file access.
• Work with Office Services and Facilities Teams to support technology services in offices.
• Support users in the Baltimore, MD; Bethesda, MD; and Tyson’s Corner, VA offices, both in person and virtually.
• Manage support tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
• Accommodate flexible work hours, including occasional weekends.
• Travel to other office locations as needed.

Requirements

• Work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Manage technology supplies and equipment used in the office.

• Apply critical thinking and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT support experience in a Microsoft environment.
• 2- or 4-year degree (Computer Science or Information Systems preferred).
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications preferred but not required.

Skills

• Installation and maintenance of Windows operating systems.
• Local Area Networking (LAN) and TCP/IP concepts, particularly in a Microsoft environment.
• Information technology security concepts and tools (e.g., antivirus, spam blockers).
• Installation and use of Microsoft Office, O365/OneDrive, MS Teams, and other common applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

Pay

In Maryland, the salary range for this role is $69,000 to $95,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of CohnReznick’s total rewards package, which also includes a discretionary performance bonus and other benefits.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position. Team members are expected to be in the office an average of 3 days a week, with the cadence determined at the team level.
