IT Field Services Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team. This position will cover Allentown PA and surrounding areas. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and must demonstrate proficiency with modern technology, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Technology (preferred).
• One or more years of experience with an Information Technology application or system.
• Knowledge of applying technology solutions to accommodate business needs.
• Certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work with customers and callers in a professional manner.
• Advanced working knowledge of Information Technology (I.T.) systems.
• General knowledge of compliance protocols such as Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), Payment Card Industry (PCI), and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• Ability to influence others and provide leadership and direction.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
