IT Field Services Director

About the role

The IT Director I is responsible for the coordination and management of a portfolio of assigned information technology projects and execution of the IT strategy in support of the business goals and objectives. This role will be tasked with owning the implementation of technology projects in alignment with the business-critical initiatives, serving as a liaison between the IT functional and technical groups and the sector's business teams, and working with clients to deliver the IT value proposition and nurture innovation in the business through technology.

Responsibilities

• Work with Aramark sector management to identify, scope, plan and execute IT projects crafted to realize the business objectives outlined in the overall strategic plan.
• Work with the IT Center of Excellence teams to articulate the needs and priorities of the sector's businesses, ensuring resources are demonstrated sufficiently to deliver on the business commitments and initiatives.
• Develop relationships with Aramark field operations, senior management, and client personnel to find opportunities for innovation, assessing and understanding the impact of Aramark technology solutions, and lead the execution of the project life cycle with focus on consistent processes,
