IT Field Service Technician Industry: Manufacturing Location: Tolleson, AZ Interview Process: Phone interview first round, onsite interview final round. Client Overview This site is part of a large, established manufacturing operation with a strong presence in specialty materials and industrial production. This role supports the on site end user technology that keeps a busy production facility running, working across desktops, mobile devices, networking, and infrastructure. You'd be the hands on IT presence people at the site turn to every day. Top 3 Skills Desktop and hardware support (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices) Active Directory administration Network and VPN troubleshooting What You'll Do Provide on site support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, IP phones, and conference room equipment Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues Perform Active Directory administration tasks Support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments Troubleshoot VPN and remote access issues Perform device imaging and deployment Maintain asset inventory and documentation Support printer and IP telephony systems Coordinate hardware ordering and deployment Manage and update tickets in a ticketing system What We Need From You Associates degree in IT or related field, or high school diploma with relevant IT certifications 1 or more years of hardware support experience 1 or more years of in person, customer facing IT support experience Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to lift and move equipment up to 40 pounds Preferred / Bonus Experience managing tickets through ServiceNow CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Server+, Cloud+, or Mobility+ certifications Experience with remote support tools such as LogMeIn Experience with Cisco VPN and Citrix About Elevait Elevait Solutions was founded by veterans who believe that how you treat people is the only thing that actually matters in this industry.
