Top 5 Responsibilities
- Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission
- Performing troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs
- Maintaining and stocking service vehicles
- Completing job reports on a daily basis
- Aligning, fitting, and assembling components using hand tools and power tools
Additional Responsibilities / Duties
- Working with your hands to assemble and weld equipment
- Mig or Stick welding
- General Forklift Operation
- Tearing down assemblies and refurbing parts
- Ordering parts through Alliance’s ERP system
- Gathering products for service trips
Minimum Qualifications/Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- A High School Diploma or GED
- An understanding of laptop computers
- Experienced in Multi-meter
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer workstation
