IT, Facility & Operations Analyst

About the role

The Facilities & Operations Technician oversees and executes a variety of facility and operational initiatives in partnership with Information Technology leadership. This role is responsible for coordinating projects, managing day-to-day operational activities, and ensuring the successful implementation and completion of assigned initiatives. Position based in Pittsburgh, PA with a start date on or before November 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Managing facility equipment, furniture, appliances, supplies, and climate control needs
• Responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with building management and contractors
• Performing documented inspections and preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
• Supporting facility improvements, office moves, space planning, and business continuity efforts

Requirements

Related experience in facilities management, operations, and basic computer knowledge.

Pay

Schedule

8+ hours per day; some days require on‑site work before or after business hours; occasional weekend work may be required.
