Facility Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Provide access control to the facility at the facility entry point by adhering to the daily access roster, confirming identity prior to allowing entry.
• Maintain a record of personnel onsite, including entry and exit times.
• Provide accountability of all personnel entering/exiting all facilities and grounds.
• Provide initial response to IDS alarms within the required response times in accordance with AR 190-11, AR 190-13, and DODM 5200.01 Volume 3. Initial response shall be in the form of observe and report. Request additional response if necessary.
• Monitor CCTV system at the guard station and report suspicious activity to Government management.
• Perform security/safety checks of Administration Building and Ammunition Supply Point and log checks on applicable SF 702s.
• Achieve and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance.
• Support multiple working shifts to include weekends, starting with a Secret clearance but requiring a TS/SCI clearance.
