We are seeking an SAP Functional Analyst (PP/QM/IM-WM) supports manufacturing, quality, inventory, and warehouse operations by designing, optimizing, and sustaining SAP solutions across Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Inventory Management (IM), and Warehouse Management (WM). This role partners closely with Production Operations, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT to drive efficient end to end execution of manufacturing and material movement processes. Work Location: 4 days onsite in Centennial, CO 80112 Duration: 6+ (with possibly to convert) Pay Rate Range: $70/hr-$80/hr What you will work on Production Planning (PP) Configure and support master data and planning components, including Bills of Material, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, and MRP.Support production order management, shop floor execution, scheduling, capacity planning, and demand alignment.Troubleshoot PP-related integration points with QM, MM, and WM. Quality Management (QM) Implement and sustain quality inspection processes including inspection plans, sampling procedures, usage decisions, and notifications.Support incoming, in process, and final quality inspection workflows.Enable continuous quality process improvement through analytics and automation.Partner with Quality Engineering to ensure compliance with inspection and audit requirements.Inventory Management & Warehouse Management (IM/WM)Configure goods movements, storage locations, warehouses, storage types, output messages, stock types, batch and serial management.Support outbound delivery and inbound delivery processes.Support put away, picking, transfer orders, physical inventory, and replenishment strategies.Maintain end to end IM/WM integration with PP, MM, and QM.Resolve operational issues related to warehouse execution, material availability, and staging. Cross Functional & Technical Responsibilities Partner with IT, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to deliver SAP enhancements, break/fix support, and change management activities.Translate production, quality, and logistics requirements into actionable SAP system solutions.Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and create functional specifications for development.Provide daily support, troubleshooting user issues, resolving system tickets, and correcting data inconsistencies across PP, QM, and IM/WM.Document processes, provide user training, and promote best practices.Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and manufacturing readiness. What you will bring Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.5–8+ years of hands on SAP ERP experience with strong proficiency in PP, QM, IM, and/or WM.Experience supporting production or warehouse operations within SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities.Ability to convert complex process requirements into technical/system solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Aerospace & Defense or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and MES system integration.Prior ECC to S/4HANA transformation experienceFamiliarity with Material Masters, Quality Notifications, Production Orders, Goods Movements, BOMs/Routings, and Change Management processes.Experience with operational improvement initiatives within production, quality, or warehouse environments.Understanding of warehouse automation, Industry 4.0 concepts, and digital quality systems.
