IT Engineering Manager (Remote)
About the role
GetixHealth is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary technology team and oversee a complex portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives. This hands‑on leadership role requires operating across technology, data, software development, project delivery, quality assurance, and business operations. The manager will lead a team of approximately eight professionals (product/project management, QA, business analysis, technical analysis, data analysis, report development) and oversee about 30 concurrent company initiatives, including major system implementations, telecommunications projects, reporting solutions, integrations, and other large‑scale technology changes. The position is remote, full‑time, within the Information Technology – Software Development & Reporting department, with up to 20% travel as needed.
