Job Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service to end-users
- Logs, triages, and manages IT support requests for end-users in a first-contact scenario
- Provides effective advanced troubleshooting for common technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking
- Identifies and escalates more technically challenging issues to higher level support teams
- Documents solutions to common issues to increase efficiency and reduce first call resolution times
- Performs advanced user and computer account management tasks
- Manages and maintains end-user focused applications
- Participates in On-Call rotations
Supervisory Responsibilities

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to convey technical information in user-friendly terms
- In depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware
- Understanding of advanced network structures and concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft 365
- Advanced understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- 2-5 years of Healthcare IT experience, preferably in radiology
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in computer science or related field - Preferred
- A+ Certificate - Preferred
Other Requirements
- Must be able to work in small confined spaces (2x2')
- Must be able to regularly lift 50+ lbs
Compensation
Radiology Imaging Associates' reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role is between $65,790 to $81,203 on an annual basis.
