About the role
Our Career Development (Rotational) Program (CDP) is carefully crafted for entry-level IT / Digital Technology specialists (0–2 years of experience). The CDP provides an opportunity to gain technical experience and network with professionals in various areas of our IT/DT organization. The program consists of three 12-month rotations that can include, but are not limited to, technical assignments in areas such as:
- Digital Enterprise Systems
- Software Development
- Infrastructure Services
- Information Security
- Data Analytics
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology, and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027
- Strong academic performance; minimum GPA 3.0
- Relevant work experience (co-ops or internships) and involvement in campus activities
