Engineering - Career Development (Rotational) Program (FY2027)

About the role

The Career Development (Rotational) Program (CDP) at Air Products is a high visibility rotational program designed for entry-level chemical, mechanical, and electrical engineers with 0-2 years of work experience. The program aims to develop the future leaders of the company by giving participants the opportunity to develop and deepen their professional and technical skills, experiment with their career interests, and develop their potential.

Responsibilities

• Work with experienced engineers and leaders to gain challenging work experience and mentorship.
• Participate in various assignments including process engineering, plant operations, production engineering, project engineering, controls, and start-up engineering.
• Gain exposure to different locations, including field locations and Global Headquarters in Allentown PA.
• Receive relocation assistance during the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Graduating between December 2026 through August 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Relevant work experience (prior co-ops or internships preferred).
• Involvement in campus activities and demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Graduating between December 2026 through August 2027.
• Strong academic performance; minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Relevant work experience (prior co-ops or internships a plus).
• Involvement in campus activities and demonstrated leadership.
