Engineering Rotational Program (2027 Grads)
About the Role
Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a motivated engineering graduate to join an innovative rotational program that allows for a well-rounded and inclusive experience within a variety of our engineering teams. The program is designed to customize the experience based on individual strengths and interests, providing a strong foundation in one of the fastest-growing industries and the ability to build your own career path.
Program Overview
This program is part of our Solutions Delivery group, responsible for delivering large, complex projects. Participants will immerse themselves in a cross-collaborative environment through 3 or 4 rotations on different Solution Delivery Teams, each lasting approximately 6 months. Rotations are selected based on the candidate’s degree and interests, with guidance from our leadership team. At the conclusion of the program, the candidate will join the Solution Delivery team that aligns closest with their preference full-time.
Solution Delivery Groups include:
- Solutions Consulting and Sales
- Project Management & Operations
- Systems Engineering
- Software Controls Engineering Support & Training
- Integration Engineering
Travel Requirements
This program requires extensive overnight travel, upwards of 80% at times, with travel expenses paid by Toyota Automated Logistics. Travel is nationwide and may involve extended periods away from home. Willingness to travel up to 50% during and after the program is required.
Requirements
- Must be in pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (seeking 2027 graduates).
- Must have applicable internship or co-op experience.
- Minimum 3.3 GPA.
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with AutoCAD, AutoMod, or similar software.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to live in or relocate to Indianapolis, IN or Louisville, KY.
- Must follow information security policies, protect confidential data, complete required training, and report security incidents.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. long-term without sponsorship.
