What You’ll Do
You will design, develop, and deliver enterprise data reporting, analytics, and visualization capabilities. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights through scalable data models, reporting, and analytics frameworks that support operational and strategic decision-making.
Your Day-to-Day May Include:
- Prior real estate or property management experience encouraged
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models
- Build and manage scalable data models and datasets
- Develop standardized reporting frameworks and KPI definitions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements
- Translate business data needs into reporting outputs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2 to 4 years in Data Analytics
- Understanding of API architecture, versioning, and lifecycle management
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Advanced Power BI experience (DAX, modeling, visualization)

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
