This role is expanding support coverage to serve a key client. As an IT Consultant, this position will be one of the dedicated technical resources, ensuring seamless IT operations. This is a focused, high-ownership position where the incumbent will provide IT support during a critical window. Independent thinking, troubleshooting without a safety net, and delivering a white-glove experience are essential. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a dedicated IT support technician managing a high volume of support tickets, consistently meeting SLA targets and maintaining quality resolutionsHandle intermediate-to-advanced troubleshooting of computer, application, and network issues across Mac OS and WindowsProvision, configure, and maintain user laptops, workstations, and accountsSupport and facilitate client onboarding and offboarding, from account provisioning to equipment shipmentsAssist on IT project deployments including MDM rollouts, network configurations, and hardware rolloutsManage physical assets including inventory, cable management, and general workspace upkeepDevelop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices in line with compliance requirements such as SOC2 and HIPAAHelp configure automations and tooling especially around onboarding and offboarding workflowsMentor and support junior team members as the role grows Technical RequirementsSolid hands-on experience with Mac OS and Windows operating systemsProficiency with core SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and ZoomExposure to MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune and identity providers such as OktaFamiliarity with networking fundamentals and standard environments including Meraki and UnifiBasic understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and HIPAAStrong troubleshooting skills with a focus on clear, documented resolutions BenefitsHealth BenefitsCompensation, Rewards & RecognitionBalanceLearning & DevelopmentCultureExtras The hiring company is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
