About the role

Location: Remote. Duration: 12+ Months. The client needs a hands‑on platform operational administrator, not an architect or advisor, who can own and run the Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise tenants from day one.

Responsibilities

• Own and run Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise tenants.
• Govern and operate enterprise connectors (e.g., to Microsoft 365), including security reviews, change control, and monitoring; handle new connectors as added.
• Enforce security controls: data classification, acceptable use policies, access recertification.
• Respond to incidents and produce monthly executive reports for the CISO and CIO.
• Oversee functional areas, technology, major systems; oversee development/acquisition, maintenance, and support of applications.
• Influence personnel assignment and provide performance feedback.
• Lead preparation of requirements/specifications, estimates, system designs, and completed systems; ensure quality support to customers.
• Research and recommend software technology direction.
• Prepare activity and progress reports for management; enforce compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
• Day‑to‑day deployment, administration, security integration, and governance of Claude Enterprise tenant.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science (CS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Bachelor of Arts (A), or Engineering.
• 8 years of experience in Systems Development and/or Applications Support.
• Background in healthcare/payer environments.
• Experience owning a governed SaaS platform under a CISO, including audit support.
