Translate complex challenges into production-ready AI products. Drive measurable business outcomes through AI solutions. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders. Prototype and iterate solutions rapidly. Operate in ambiguous environments with a focus on action and outcome delivery. Key Responsibilities Design and build AI solutions for the insurance industry. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and data platforms. Contribute to best practices and reusable frameworks. Ensure AI solutions drive business efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in AI engineering, consulting, or enterprise application development. Hands-on experience with AI technologies and frameworks. Strong understanding of AI governance and evaluation frameworks. Experience in the insurance domain, including underwriting and claims operations. Proven ability to rapidly prototype AI solutions.
