IT Compliance Analyst

About the role

Support the company's digital platforms by ensuring website performance, usability, and operational stability. Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex web technologies into clear, actionable insights. Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and support content updates and routine site maintenance. Document processes, updates, and troubleshooting steps to maintain operational clarity and compliance. Collaborate with developers, designers, and IT partners to implement enhancements, patches, and new features, ensuring adherence to security and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure website performance, usability, and operational stability.
• Translate complex web technologies into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Support content updates and routine site maintenance.
• Document processes, updates, and troubleshooting steps for operational clarity and compliance.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and IT partners to implement enhancements, patches, and new features while adhering to security and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and backend web applications such as S3, ESL, or TIBCO.
• Understanding of basic web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Background in IT support, web administration, or digital operations.
