IT Compliance Analyst

About the Role

Support the ongoing development, enhancement, and rollout of the firm’s IT control framework within the Derivative Products Group.

  • Gather data from multiple internal sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting.
  • Build and maintain IT control reports, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics using Excel and Power BI.
  • Analyze trends and operational control performance to help identify improvement areas and enhance IT control maturity.
  • Automate recurring reporting workflows and document processes to ensure repeatability and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Perform control testing, risk assessments, evidence gathering, and remediation validation.
  • Develop, improve, and implement IT control frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
  • Gather, normalize, and validate data from multiple systems using strong analytical skills.
  • Create advanced reports and dashboards (Power BI strongly preferred).
  • Partner with technology, risk, operations, and compliance stakeholders using strong communication skills.
  • Maintain high standards of precision and documentation quality when handling confidential information.

Requirements

  • Ability to work on W2 without sponsorship.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in IT compliance, IT controls, technology risk, or internal audit within a financial-services or highly regulated environment.
  • Hands-on experience with IT compliance automation, workflow tools, or visualization platforms.
  • Familiarity with SOX technology controls, operational risk, or technology governance.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality concepts, and control evidence lifecycle.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI (strongly preferred).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a hybrid contract position based in Charlotte, NC. The position is anticipated to close on September 2, 2026.
