Job Summary
Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of web-based and mobile applications using Java, Python, and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end software development and implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage ERP, HRMS, CRM, and other enterprise software implementation and integration initiatives.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Cook with developers and management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Maintain application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to end users.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data protection policies, and IT governance requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, user training, and ongoing support to business teams.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 10 years
- Education: Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering
