Position Summary
Community Action Services and Food Bank are dedicated to fostering self-reliance in individuals, families, and the community. This position works directly with the Executive Team, under the supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer, to ensure that the best IT Systems are integrated into the agency's corporate structure and culture.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the agency's IT systems are up to date, maintained, and functional.
- Risk mitigation to all CASFB (Community Action Services and Food Bank) IT systems, hardware, and software is critical to maintaining business continuity.
- Monitor the marketplace for emerging technologies, systems, and software that provide cost-effective support for delivering human services within our service area.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and operations of agency electronic systems, including phones, computers, security cameras, and door access.
- Install and maintain all agency software, including emails, databases, printer routing, and other systems, in operations.
- Aid with the procurement of agency-wide technology equipment/supplies and provide budgetary oversight to the agency technology budget.
- Become familiar with, provide support for, and provide training on the agency's software and databases.
- Ensure optimal use of the agency's current electronic software/system and be familiar with industry software that may enhance operations.
- Provide troubleshooting support as needed throughout the agency.
- Provide support to the agency's web-based presence through periodic website management.
- Familiarity with Springboard Website Platform, Apple MDM, and GoDaddy is a plus.
- Assist in IT risk mitigation efforts, including audits and preventive measures.
- Ensure database logins are secured.
- Provide staff with correct credentialing.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Specialized education, training, or job experience with computer hardware, software, and support technologies
- Minimum of three years' work experience in system maintenance required
- Maintain a strict level of confidentiality
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills are necessary
- Demonstrate in word and deed agency values and mission
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in demanding and stressful situations

- Dependable, motivated, and a self-starter
- Flexible and able to work some evenings and weekends if required
