IT & Business Systems Manager
About the role
We’re looking for a self-reliant, independent technology leader who takes ownership, sees the big picture, and has the attention to detail and follow-through to turn ideas into results. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys understanding how a business works and finding smarter ways to use technology to improve it.
You’ll take ownership of key business systems, including ERP and WMS, lead technology initiatives, manage outside technology partners, and work across the organization to improve processes, information flow, and decision-making.
Our ideal candidate can move comfortably between the macro and the details—thinking strategically about where technology needs to go while maintaining the accuracy and detail orientation needed to make sure solutions actually work.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage key business systems, including ERP and WMS
- Lead technology initiatives to improve business processes and systems
- Manage relationships with outside technology partners
- Work across the organization to enhance processes, information flow, and decision-making
- Translate business needs into practical technology solutions
- Challenge and improve inefficient processes

- Problem-solving skills, with a focus on solutions rather than just identifying issues
- Strong ERP/business systems experience
- Effective communication skills across all levels, from production floor to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or distribution experience (a plus)
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS, SQL, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, APIs, and automation tools (a plus)
