IT Business Systems Analyst-Level 2 - Experienced (6 - 10 Years)

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate solutions against business requirements to ensure proper functionality.
• Monitor, track, and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions to evaluate performance.
• Drive projects independently from concept to production with minimal supervision.
• Develop and manage complex SQL queries, including multi-table joins across large-scale datasets.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration is required.
• Experience: 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, IT systems analysis, and technology implementation is required.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software development best practices, including source control, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and testing.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics architectures.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Procurement, or Demand Planning business functions.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and AI-assisted software development.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as SAP, BOBJ, and BPC.
• A strong understanding of project management processes, IT budget forecasting, and stakeholder engagement.
